Global AI firms are focused on the US, the UK, and Europe. The Caribbean is an afterthought β if it's thought of at all. Gainpoint exists to change that.

The problem was visible everywhere we looked.
Caribbean businesses β banks, insurers, government agencies, hotels, law firms β were running on manual processes that consumed thousands of hours a year. Not because they lacked ambition. Because the AI firms that could help them were focused on the US, the UK, and Europe. The Caribbean was an afterthought, if it was thought of at all.
Working inside the national AI programme, the pattern became impossible to ignore. Vendors would fly in, deliver a generic report built on US market data, and fly out. The regulatory context was wrong. The currency was wrong. The examples were wrong. The businesses we worked with needed something different: a partner who understood their market, their constraints, their regulatory environment, and their culture. Someone who would stay.
The second problem was positioning. AI was being sold to Caribbean businesses as a technology decision β buy this tool, install this software. But the real question was never about the technology. It was about the process. Which bottlenecks cost the most? Which ones can be automated? In what order? What's the ROI? Those are business questions, not IT questions. And they require a practitioner who can answer them with Caribbean market data, not global averages.
Gainpoint was built to answer those questions. We deploy across five service lines β from a single AI Audit to an embedded Fractional Head of AI β because different businesses need different levels of support. What doesn't change is our commitment: we only take on clients we know we can move, and we measure our success by the hours they recover and the revenue they generate.
We know your market, your constraints, your regulatory environment, and your culture. We don't apply a template built for a US Fortune 500 to a Caribbean mid-market business. Every engagement uses Caribbean market data, Caribbean pricing, and Caribbean regulatory context.
We don't sell software. We sell recovered hours and measurable ROI. Every engagement is scoped around a specific business outcome β hours saved, revenue generated, headcount redeployed β and we hold ourselves accountable to it.
We only work with companies willing to act on what we find. Selective intake isn't arrogance β it's how we protect the quality of our work and the results of our clients. We'd rather take on three engagements we can win than ten we can't.
Internal and external. We remove what slows you down β in your business and in how we work with you. No unnecessary process, no unnecessary meetings, no unnecessary reports.
Everything we do compounds. Every hour recovered, every process automated, every insight generated builds on the last. We're not here for a one-off engagement β we're here to build momentum.
We only work with companies willing to act on what we find. We earn the right to the next engagement by delivering on the last one. Our reputation is the only thing we have.
We operate across the Caribbean β in-person in Trinidad & Tobago and Antigua & Barbuda, and virtually across all territories. We understand the regulatory environments, the business cultures, and the market dynamics of each territory we serve.
